The Art of Meditation
There are as many ways to describe meditation as there are ways to meditate. One description is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment to enhance spiritual growth and overall well-being. Meditation cannot be summed up in a definition…it is an experience. That experience of meditation is going to be as unique as the individual participating.

By practicing tuning into the subtle vibrations that surround the earth and are the earth, you open yourself up to the freeing, enlightening power of the Universal Light. The pages to the left are not the "end all be all" for your guide to wonders of meditation. In fact, I urge you NOT to believe them. I do ask that you to try some of the lessons on and see if they ring true in your spirit. If not, keep going on your quest for what you find to be inspiring. The pages contain lessons that were learned through study, practice and channeled through the wisdom of my Guides. I urge you to practice and play in the arena of meditation. There is no "right" or "wrong", but a space to receive the wonderful wisdom the Universe has to offer.
